Candidates must have passed 12th (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board in India. In addition, applicants must possess at least one government-recognized computer qualification such as:
- NIELIT O Level / CCC
- COPA / DPCS
- Diploma / Degree / Certificate in Computer Science or Computer Application
- 12th with Computer Subject
- Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science
- RSCIT or equivalent qualification
Working knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari script and familiarity with Rajasthan culture is mandatory.
